Accounts

• Don’t misuse the Services or interfere with their normal operation.
• Don’t attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
• Don’t use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Spentrax retains all rights in the Services and our intellectual property. You retain ownership of data you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Spentrax does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spentrax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
